Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
  • We carefully package all antique and vintage items to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, and FedEx with tracking information provided once your order has been dispatched
  • Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier, and are outside of our control once shipped.
  • International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • This applies to both original shipping charges and return shipping fees.
  • In cases where a return is accepted under our Returns Policy, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and item.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with our Returns Policy and the shipping carrier's claims policy. 
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows delivery.

  • Please note: returns are only accepted if an item arrives significantly not as described. For details, see our Returns Policy.
  • As stated above, shipping costs (both original and return) are non-refundable under all circumstances.
